New ADHD Assessment/Complex*
Process for New ADHD Assessment:
- First Appointment: Conduct a detailed psychiatric history and discuss ADHD symptoms, including any comorbid conditions specific to the patient. Determine and clarify any additional questionnaires or medical investigations required for the patient’s individual assessment.
- Second Appointment: Complete ADHD-specific checklists tailored to the patient, review any relevant collateral information, and finalize the personalized management plan.
- Fee Adjustment: If completed in one session, the fee will be adjusted to match an existing ADHD assessment as below.
Existing ADHD Assessment* (with prior diagnosis from a paediatrician, psychiatrist, or psychologist, supported by comprehensive reports and diagnostic tests)
Process: This assessment generally requires just one appointment for assessment, if all relevant evidence, reports, and letters are provided in advance. If the necessary documentation is not submitted prior to the appointment, further appointments will be required.
*ASD assessment can take two or more appointments. Each appointment will be charged at the fee above.
